When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order → we process → we ship → you receive your order



Ordering takes a few seconds. Standard processing takes 5-7 business days, for non-furniture items, and 14-28 days for furniture.

Our larger furniture items are shipped with a dedicated furniture courier.  All deliveries are made via a two-man delivery team who will place the item in any room of choice on the ground floor. 

You will receive a delivery date via text/email for your approval with a three hour time slot.  On the day of delivery, you will receive a live tracking link of the van with a more accurate time slot.

If the date proposed is not suitable, please reject the delivery date and the courier company will provide alternative date options.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to England, Scotland and Wales.  We are currently exploring shipping world wide.  Please contact us if you are outside of the UK and we can look at a case by case basis.

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery method(s) displayed at checkout is determined based on the items in your cart.  Furniture related items are generally £29 with free delivery on orders over £500. 

All non-furniture related items are £5.99.

Delivery costs are automatically applied during the checkout process.
